We want to ensure that all our professionals provide the highest quality of service. For your peace of mind, jobs for which you accept a quote through Getmaster are protected for up to £1,000.
How Do I Qualify?
YOU MUST SELECT A QUOTE THROUGH GETMASTER!
To be eligible for the guarantee, you must select one of the quotes you receive through Getmaster by clicking the "Accept Quote" button on our website or app. This must be done within 30 days of receiving the quote and before the scheduled appointment date.
Encountered a Problem?
YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 72 HOURS!
Should an issue arise, you must inform us within 72 hours. We will begin working to resolve the problem immediately.
What's Covered?
We cover property damage up to £1,000 and injuries up to £1,000 that are a direct result of the service professional you selected for the job request you posted on Getmaster.

To make a claim, please go to our Help Centre and fill out the contact form. As soon as we receive your submission, our team will start working to resolve the issue.
DOES THIS GUARANTEE MEAN I DON'T NEED INSURANCE?
The Getmaster Guarantee is not an insurance policy and does not cover all types of damage. It is not a substitute for home, professional, or other necessary insurance policies.
